You should place your deposit the same day you have confirmed availabilty. The schedule changes constantly. Please don't delay in placing your deposit or your date and time may be given to another client. In the comment section please put your party date and time confirmed.
YOU MUST CHECK THE YES BOX THAT THE CANCELLATION POLICY HAS BEEN READ OR YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AND YOUR PARTY WILL NOT BE BOOKED.
Cancellation Policies
By placing your deposit online you understand the policies listed below, do not place your deposit unless you fully understand the policies.
1. Within 3 days of your party A $50.00 fee in addition to your deposit will be charged to you for cancelling a 1 Hour party.
2. Within 3 days of your party A $100.00 fee in addition to your deposit will be charged to you for cancelling a 2 Hour party.
3. Within 3 days of your party A $150.00 fee in addition to your deposit will be charged to you for cancelling a 3 Hour party
4. If you cancel or No Show the day of your party your full balance is due and will be charged to your card.
5. If you show up for your party your balance is due. No time changes, we are not responsible for customer lateness 15 minutes grace period is given on all parties / lessons. Be ontime plan ahead and give your self and guest plenty of time to find parking or deal with unforseen city traffic.
